It was my first visit to The Cigar Merchant. very laid back atmosphere, I was greeted right away. the gentleman behind the counter assisted me right away. he suggested what was best for a first time visit. he took his time and gave good advice for future visits. I was not rushed and he showed me around, said I was welcomed any time. he gave great advice. 10 out of 10 for great customer service. I suggest The Cigar Merchant. I will definitely visit again.

I contacted Ethan on FB about getting some Event Only sticks. Had them purchased in minutes. 36 hours later they arrived at my home 850 miles away in great condition. By far the best trial run I've ever had with a Brick & Mortar. I'll be buying from them again & recommend any cigar smoker try them out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
